Regular Service

Our regular standard domestic cleaning service performed by well experianced and trained maids and upon completion of the service the results are as follows:

General / All Rooms:

  • All rooms – tidied up
  • All surfaces (top, front, underneath) – dusted within reach
  • Skirting boards, shelves, picture-frames – dusted
  • Radiators, window blinds – dusted
  • Windowsills – cleaned
  • Lampshades – dusted or wiped down
  • Cobwebs = removed
  • Doors and doorframes – cleaned
  • Mirrors – cleaned
  • Chromed items (light switches, table lamps, etc.) – polished
  • Upholstery (special brush required) – vacuumed
  • Hardwood or tile floors – vacuumed and washed
  • Carpeted floor – vacuumed


  • Worktops – cleaned
  • Outside of appliances – cleaned
  • Inside of microwave – cleaned
  • Cooker and tiles around – cleaned
  • Sink, taps and tiles around – cleaned
  • Cupboard doors, fridge doors – cleaned
  • Tables and chairs – wiped down
  • Skirting boards – dusted
  • floors – vacuumed and moped


  • Basin and tiles around – cleaned
  • Bath / shower and tiles – cleaned
  • Toilet, including base and behind – disinfect and cleaned
  • Cabinets and walls – spot cleaned
  • Mirror – cleaned and polished
  • Chrome fixtures – cleaned and shined
  • Towels and other items – tidied up
  • Floors – vacuumed and moped


All general duties as above, plus

  • Beds – made up
  • Cushions and pillows – fluffed and straghtened
  • Under beds (within reach) – vacuumed

We also offer excellent ironing service you may wish to use to save your valuable time.

All clients must allow access to hot, cold water and power. All fragile and breakable or items of sentimental value must be secured or removed. In case it is not possible to do so, please make us aware of such items.

Pricing varies depending on, but not limited to, size of home, rooms cleaned, condition of home, frequency of cleaning scheduled and the number of people and pets living in the home.


Valentina Cleaning Services is insured with full public liability cover for accidental damages to property or injury to cleaner.

We will always treat your home with the greatest care. However, should accidental damage or breakage occur during the service, we will make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. In case it cannot be repaired – insurance claim will be filed when appropriate.

In the unlikely case of a complaint about the quality of service, we require to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit.

Valentina cleaning services should be given an opportunity to return and re-do the job at no extra charge to full customer’s satisfaction.

To cancel or stop using our service

There is no minimum period for contract. However, client can terminate the contract by giving at least 2 weeks notice in writing to Valentina Cleaning Services.
